It's our last day. We're still having a great time but I know everyone will be happy to get home. It's a strange feeling to have had such a wonderful adventure, not want it to end, but knowing that without the everyday this adventure wouldn't be possible. So we must return to the normal everyday. We must. Tannum Sands has been the perfect location for a wind down after the chaos of the last 3000km. The caravan park has had enough to do to keep the kids entertained today so we stayed here and soaked it up.

They have a daily scavenger hunt, requiring the kids to find symbols with 4 digit numbers to put on a list. There are 7 of each symbol in different colours with different numbers and yesterday we had to find the seahorses, today it was the Australia map symbol. It's a great activity that kept us occupied on and off for a few hours.

In between this activity the kids did some carting and Annabelle and I entered the selfie competition. We had to get photos with the specified signs in the park and entered in the drawer to win a prize.

After entering all the competitions we played a couple of rounds of skip-bo. Craig and I have been playing after the kids go to bed and they've been desperate to learn, so today was their chance. Harvey and Craig were a team and Annabelle and I played solo. Annabelle won! This afternoon we taught Nanna and Grandad to play before having more Weber pizza, wine, a dance with the caravan park entertainers and bed.

Tomorrow will be a big day but I know the kids will be great.
